Hire our studio by the hour
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible while ensuring the smooth running of SuPa Dance Studio. Studio Hire & Room Bookings Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking No charge. Any payment made can be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the booking 50% of the booking fee will be charged. The remaining balance can be credited towards a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking The full booking fee will be charged. Regular Bookings & Ongoing Hire For regular weekly or long-term bookings, we ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Late cancellations may still be chargeable. Exceptional Circumstances We appreciate that unexpected situations do arise. If something genuinely unforeseen happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to be understanding. How to Cancel All cancellations must be made by email or phone to ensure they are received and confirmed.
